What´s the colour of “green” buildings?
Abstract: “Green” or
sustainable buildings have become a widespread notion, but what is meant by
green? And how can environmental certifications and assessments of the built
environment be designed to promote real sustainable construction practices? The
lecture will give insights into the development and the role of environmental
assessment tools for the built environment and comment upon tool construction to
promote increased environmental performance.
