Hej alla.

I morgon 17.00 öppnas formellt utställningen "Modellen som verktyg och representation" i montern på T-Odenplan. Medverkar  gör Jesper Arvidsson, Henrik Bejmar, Dan Engberg, Marcus Engvall, Josefin Gustafsson, Maria Orvesten och Mikael Westin som alla tog sin examen i juni år. Utställningen pågår 12 december 2012 – 13 mars 2013 och är ett samarbete mellan SL och KTH Arkitekturskolan. Läs mer om utställningen på vår nya mobilsida som ni hittar här: http://m.arch.kth.se 

Dear All.

Tomorrow at 17.00 the exhibition "Modellen som verktyg och representation" will be officially opened. The exhibition dates are December 12 – March 13 and is a collaboration between SL and KTH School of Architecture. The participating architects are Jesper Arvidsson, Henrik Bejmar, Dan Engberg, Marcus Engvall, Josefin Gustafsson, Maria Orvesten, and Mikael Westin that all got there diplomas in June.

Jesús Aparacio Guisado: Communicating Architecture

The architecture of Jesús Aparacio Guisad is born of walls that define spatial volumes which are capable of conveying a sense of place.

Martin Kaltwasser / Köbberling Kaltwasser, Berlin

With their subtle, critical, and complex buildings and structures Köbberling/Kaltwasser work on an aesthetics of resistance against our life surroundings with its unidimensionality. Their construction projects make various forms of urban living visible and politically effective; they offer alternatives to our habits of consumerism. The materials used are from resources that normally go unnoticed. In 2010, they built the Jellyfish Theatre for the Oikos Theatre Festival as part of the London Festival of Architecture, a spectacular structure that was erected with the help of over a 100 volunteers. In 2011, the architect and artist couple erected a 140 square meter roof structure at Berlin's Haus der Kulturen der Welt made of tens of thousands of plastic cups left over after a marathon.
